Product Owner
It's Us is first and foremost about relationships, perception and satisfaction. It's about quality, but above all about feeling and commitment. We listen to our customers and translate their wishes into a suitable solution. The Product Owner plays a crucial role in this. The work of a PO at It's Us is diverse and challenging. Product Owners talk to existing customers to record their wishes in so-called 'user stories'. It requires analytical skills to identify the bottlenecks in their IT environment together with the customer. Once there is an agreement to execute a user story, the project manager in the PO emerges. The Product Owner then makes sure that all conditions are met to execute a user story (definition of ready). In the phase where the user stories are realized (by consultants or developers), the PO monitors the process flow. Finally, the PO delivers the user stories that meet the 'definition of done' to the customer.

Sales Consultant
Are you that real sales buster? Do you sell anything and everything? Unfortunately, then this is not a job for you.
We are looking for a 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. And not a Die Hard salesman. At It's Us, it is first and foremost about relationships, optimal customer experience and high satisfaction. “Pushing” is not part of that. Building valuable relationships is. And it is helpful if you have a thing for IT.
We approach potential customers in a playful way with the idea 𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘵 𝘻𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘢𝘢𝘳 𝘭𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯. We listen to companies and then help them increase their margin. You will soon play a central role in this. Trainee
Have you just completed your Business Administration (HBO or academic) degree, but your hunger for more knowledge has not yet been quenched? Then a traineeship at It's Us might be exactly what you are looking for. We are constantly looking for talented women and men who want to work with us as a trainee and then grow into a role as a business consultant. As a trainee you can count on an interesting growth perspective in addition to an excellent salary. Your working week as a trainee will look something like this: You and other trainees are present at our office two days a week. One of these is a study day for obtaining the necessary certifications, the other day you will join our support department, because we think it is important that you know what is going on with our customers. The remaining three days you will work along with one of our Senior Consultants at client sites.

.NET Software Engineer
One of the core activities of It's Us is the exchange of data between customer applications. For that speciality we are using our own platform called 'Coretix'. Coretix is an extensive SaaS platform, which allows a team of developers and consultants to setup integrations between customer systems. We are looking for an experienced software engineer to help build the so called 'Coretix Next Gen' platform, an ambitious project that uses many challenging techniques and technologies, such as docker-swarm on Ubuntu, C#-microservices, CQRS EventSourcing, Prometheus, Grafana, Seq, SQL server, PostgreSql, Cassandra, EventStoreDb, S3, Redis and RabbitMQ.
The platform processes real-time data for hundreds of customers. Due to the complexity, we are looking for an experienced software engineer who is looking for a challenge and due to international cooperation, fluent communication in both Dutch and English is a requirement.
