On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect and every company that processes personal data of European citizens must comply with this legislation. In Dutch, GDPR is referred to as the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Of course, this legislation also applies to It's Us. We have therefore conformed to the Data Pro Code for AVG as drawn up by Nederland ICT.

It is in our greatest interest that you have confidence in how we handle your (company) data. This is only possible if our internal processes and policies are correct and if our employees handle your (company) data in the right way. This is a constant point of attention within It's Us and by implementing the GDPR, It's Us ensures that the internal processes comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
